An agricultural show is a public event exhibiting the equipment, animals, sports and recreation associated with agriculture and animal husbandry. The Tarago Show has been running since 1956 and is an important part of cultural life of our District.
Our Show is on the first Sunday in March and in 2024 is scheduled for Sunday 3rd March at the Show grounds located at 1894 Braidwood Rd, Tarago approximately 1Km south of the village. Our Show Society is committed to continuing the tradition of an annual show with the emphasis on an inexpensive family day. Entry to the Tarago Show is only $10 for adults, concession $5 and family $25.00 for 3 adults and all children 16 and under . Great value for money considering all of the free entertainment and prizes and the most expensive activity is just a gold coin donation!
